1. Agreement
By accessing this website or placing an order with Eau Feng Sway, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order our products.
2. Our Product
Eau Feng Sway is bottled water sourced from the mountains of Mt. Palomar, California. No artificial flavors are added at all — it is 100% pure spring water. Product images are representative; packaging may vary.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and confirm availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time an order is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale accounts. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout or on your invoice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns
For safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at EauFengSway@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Insurance
Eau Feng Sway carries general liability insurance covering its water products and business operations. Proof of coverage can be provided to retail and wholesale partners on request by emailing EauFengSway@gmail.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eau Feng Sway's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
The Eau Feng Sway name, logo, label designs, photography, and website content are the property of Eau Feng Sway and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
