Through checkout we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items you ordered. Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full payment card information on our servers.

We use contact-form information to reply to questions, wholesale requests, events, press inquiries, and order requests. We use checkout information to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and receipts, keep records of purchases, and contact you if any issue arises with shipping or fulfillment. We may also email you about your order or account when necessary.
3. How we store and protect your data
Order information is stored in our secure backend database. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and rely on our payment processor, Stripe, for secure payment handling. Access to order and customer data is limited to the store owner and is protected by authentication. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, accounting, and customer-service obligations. Contact-form messages sent by email are retained in the store owner's email account. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

8. Children's privacy
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
